 Total Cabling Solutions Ltd is able to provide a nationwide Rapid Response service for voice and data installation requirements which is generally regarded by existing clients as being both professional and economically viable for small jobs, urgent requirements and faults. The Rapid Response service is a time & material based service provided by fully trained, mobile technicians equipped with the necessary equipment and materials to undertake most jobs on the first visit. Where non-standard type work (fox example installing cables externally), is involved, the requirement is discussed prior to a technician visiting site or a quotation is provided.
Work is carried out upon receipt of a Purchase Order number, which can be faxed or an email confirmation of the work required. On completion of the work the client’s representative is asked to sign a confirmation form outlining the work which has been carried out and the time and materials used. A response time of less than 48 hours is standard with faults given a higher priority which are often attended to next day or same day. |
