 Good, solid Project Management is fundamental to the success of Total Cabling Solutions Ltd, as high Project Management skills are essential to the successful and timely delivery of all installations projects. The project managers work within strict guidelines as set out in the Company's Quality procedure manuals and job descriptions. Attention to details and on going customer liaison, are vital elements in good Project Management, which are emphasized during the training process for the company's project management team.
Once a contract has been awarded to Total Cabling Solutions Ltd, a Project Manager will be appointed. The project manager will have total control over all aspects of the project implementation. The first task will be to agree a project plan with the client. This would need to be achieved at a pre-commencement planning meeting. Once the time frames and the plans have been agreed, the project manager will be responsible for the co-ordination of all materials, equipment, labour, health & safety matters and all other aspects pertaining to the successful implementation of the project.
The Total Cabling Solutions Ltd project manager appointed for a project will be the single point of contact for all issues involved with the implementation of a project. The project manager will have total authority within the company to address and resolve any issue arising during the course of the project. The ongoing development and training of the Projects Team within Total Cabling Solutions Ltd, is a key to the development and expansion of the company. As the company grows the skill sets and experience of the project manager is developed exponentially. |
