The first task will be to agree a project plan with the client. This would need to be achieved at a pre-commencement planning meeting. Once the time frames and the plans have been agreed, the project manager will be responsible for the co-ordination of all materials, equipment, labour, health & safety matters and all other aspects pertaining to the successful implementation of the project.
